The Pittsburgh Regional Science & Engineering Fair follows the rules and guidelines of the International Science & Engineering Fair. All sections including all necessary forms, are available for downloading as Adobe® Acrobat Reader documents (pdf).
The project forms (forms 1-7) have been created to use the form feature in Acrobat Reader which enables you to complete appropriate fields on the computer before printing. The fields available for on-screen completion are only those to be completed by the student. All other fields must be completed and signed by the appropriate persons after printing of the form. The work done on the form can be printed, but not saved.
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is available as a free download from the Adobe website, under Get Adobe Reader.
NOTE: The ONLY three form formats accepted for entry into the ISEF or its Affiliated Fairs are:
original forms
locally copied original forms
forms printed from the PDF files using Adobe® Acrobat Reader.
THESE FORMS ARE NOT TO BE ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE PRSEF OFFICE. ALL FORMS MUST BE PRINTED FOR COMPLETION AND SIGNATURES OBTAINED BEFORE SUBMISSION.
